3d Eyebrow Microblading

Microblading is a technique in which a small handheld tool made up of several tiny needles is used to add permanent pigment to the skin, Microblading differs from standard eyebrow tattooing because each hairstroke is created by hand producing a thin, natural looking line that blends in with existing eyebrow hair, whereas, with eyebrow tattoos it is still done with a machine and needle. It is typically used on eyebrows to attempt to either create, enhance or reshape the appearance of the eyebrows. Microblading deposits pigment into upper region of the dermis, so it fades over time rather than traditional tattooing techniques, which deposit pigment deeper into the dermis.

How long does it last?

Typically microblading will last 1-3 years with proper care. I do recommend my clients to come in for a yearly touch up to keep them looking fresh so they don’t lose the shape or start having to draw in the brows again wasting time on money on brow pencils.

What happens during the appt?

During the appointment we will do a consultation of the ideal brow shape for your features and personality, once you approve the shape we will continue to numb the area so you won’t feel a thing!  The microblading appointment includes a free retouch between 6-8 weeks to complete the procedure.

What is Shading & Ombre Shading?

Shading is done with a machine with a cartridge needle to give more of a shadowed look or a powder brow look.  Ombre shading is where I shade it from light in the bulb of the brow (front) and gradually getting darker at the tail of the brow.  Often times clients need both microblading and shading to achieve a uniform looking brow.
